Roles and seat unit weights: Owner/Admin/Practitioner/Herbalist = 1.0 · Supervisor/Front Desk = 0.75 · Intern = 0.40
When one member has multiple roles: each member bills at their highest role, plus lower-weight subroles on that account. Solo uses highest role only. Subroles on Solo plans do not add units.
Example: one member as Practitioner with Intern and Supervisor subroles = 2.15 seat units (1.00 + 0.40 + 0.75). Same-tier subroles (e.g. Admin + Practitioner) do not add extra units.
Monthly total = platform base + selected module fees + seat overage where applicable. AI add-ons will be available later as optional modules.

Why I built RootRx
RootRx began with my love of TCM herbology and the daily work of running clinical practice alongside an in-house pharmacy.
A lot of clinic software gets the job done, but it can feel like an oversized shoe: functional, not fitted to how you actually practice.
